Amber needs retraining on customer service and proper treatment of people's item. Never have I had an issue in 10 years of going to Aldi. Her slamming my groceries backwards saying there wasn't enough space for her to grab items is an issue she's gonna have to over come. Its never been an issue for the other lady who is usually ringing. She gave no warning and after smashing my bread, eggs, and hands shrugged it off like it was nothing.
