Scam artists. They tell you how much to pay, you pay said amount and then try to charge you double the price later. We were a family that asked many questions about payment and never once was told the truth from the beginning. We will never take our child here again. Billing and insurance staff doesn’t answer questions truthfully and isn’t helpful what so ever. My daughter’s vision has improved tremendously after ongoing eye therapy. She loves Miss Michelle!
I am not a patient here how ever a very close friend is, the patient relationships that I hear our developed between patient and staff are I believable. These people are so caring, hands down if I was looking for an eye therapist I would go here hands down no questions asked!
After 11 months of hard work with his vision therapy, my 8 year old son went from seeing double, thinking he was dumb, and hating school to saying he's excited about school and that the work is easy. The change was remarkable! I can't say enough good things about everyone at Alderwood Vision Therapy.
Dr Murphy and therapist Jenny were awesome! As far as everyone else..� I was told one thing via phone and one thing in person, half the time didn't get answers. Today as I was checking my son in I was given a clipboard of papers and told to "just go sit down"! Never told about or asked for a co-pay in regards to vision therapy then asked to pay $230+ today. I'm done with this place and would never recommend it to anyone because of the reception staff and so called billing/ insurance staff!!
