Dont rent here specially if you have family, there is a crazy guy living there, always causing trouble, he has issues with everyone and the police is always in the building, most of the time because of him, i have seen him twice cover in blood because he gets fisical, and the building just dont care, even the police told me people should complain to management so he could be evicted.....

Have lived at 950 Warwick ( Cockroach ) Court since October/15/2024, have had and sent noise complaints about the most ignorant ppl who are no matter what or how excessive their noise nuisances are ( that homestead allows ) we feel we are being discriminated because since November 1st 2024 we've literally had to complain for things outside of our control yet also illegal in the eyes of Burlingtons noise by laws. Its 2:00 AM midnight and I can’t sleep because of a loud noise of machine that I heard from the roof my unit in building 950 Warwick (cockroach) court. 2024. Extorted tenants for 500$ each by submitting false documents to the crown. They print whatever they like. Make sure you get PDF copies from these criminals. June 6th-8th 2022. No elevator for 3 days now. Tenants have started to destroy the control panels from anger. Stagnant water in the sub parking lot. Moldy/bugs growing, doesn't drain properly. Sept 16th, 2021.
