I would not recommend this practice! We had a very bad experience after waiting almost 60 min to get called back to an examine room - after asking three times about the long wait. Not acceptable- very rude staff and unprofessional- We were getting ready to walk out when Dr Alderman walked in the room very arrogant and did not apologize. They also want to collect fees ahead of time before filing to insurance which is not standard! So nice and very helpful. My son had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and was up and feeling better later that same evening. They were so gentle and really put him at ease.
