The initial process of getting my storage unit was very easy and the office employee was very friendly and kind. Unfortunately, my "free" lock that they offer and provide, was missing when I got to my storage. Also, the lights are broken and/or not working outside several of the units, including mine. Which is very unsettling, unsafe and sketchy in the evening; for customers who can only go after work (5-7pm)...such as myself. Fast, easy, and affordable. It's also nice to be waited on by welcoming professional staff. Krystal was very friendly and answered my questions. I'm a new tenant today so I'm not giving 5 stars, but so far Prestige appears to be legit.
After the first week they were bugging about late fees even though I paid for a month I forgot to put my padlock back on after moving most of my stuff out with a week still on my unit and without saying anything they took my stuff moved it across town without calling me , I don't know it felt like a klusterfuk
Fantastic facility it’s kept up and easily accessible.
