Fast, easy, and affordable. It's also nice to be waited on by welcoming professional staff. Krystal was very friendly and answered my questions. I'm a new tenant today so I'm not giving 5 stars, but so far Prestige appears to be legit.
After the first week they were bugging about late fees even though I paid for a month I forgot to put my padlock back on after moving most of my stuff out with a week still on my unit and without saying anything they took my stuff moved it across town without calling me , I don't know it felt like a klusterfuk
