Lights broken outside property/storage units. Recently my storage door was damaged. Staff rude and unconcerned. Due to the damage to my storage unit, I added a second lock. Prestige told me to remove second lock (suspect). Yet, I saw several other units with 2 locks on their units (suspect).

Qianna and staff was very helpful. I called last year and Qianna was very helpful. I had a lot going on and was thinking able to move my car at the time but was able to this year today. All of the ladies were helpfully and really know their business. I am an older lady but they were very polite and helpful and patient. Randy was there today and helped as well. Love the staff

The initial process of getting my storage unit was very easy and the office employee was very friendly and kind. Unfortunately, my "free" lock that they offer and provide, was missing when I got to my storage. Also, the lights are broken and/or not working outside several of the units, including mine. Which is very unsettling, unsafe and sketchy in the evening; for customers who can only go after work (5-7pm)...such as myself.
