Neighborhood is great! The construction superintendent is awful and any problem you have during the 1 year warranty period is a nightmare to get them out in a reasonable time frame around your schedule! We are waiting for the 2nd time for electrical to come out due to losing power to a room constantly and a cabinet needing replaced! Just moved in 5/2018. Might be better off finding a trustworthy company with better quality work than dealing with warranty!
