Worse place ii have ever rented/lived. The place should be condemned. I've had a broken sewage pipe under my building for half a year with many failed attempts at getting the issue addressed. My flooring and sub floor needs replaced as well as the stained, Broken, and worn down kitchen cabinets oh that reminds me, as well as the moldy dry wall behind them.
