I first went to Alder and Mitchell last week and am impressed by their customer service and professionalism. I have been to dozens of dental practices over the years and these guys are the best. From check in to the exam to my consultation with Dr. Mitchell I was treated as if I mattered to them as a patient and never felt I was being processed through a dental mill which had been the case with my last two dentists. I have been a patient of Alder & Mitchell Family Dentistry for many years and have always received excellent service and care. Both the dentists and hygienists are excellent and painless. Great for dental care. Today I had a broken tooth and they took excellent care of me.
I have been going thru this Dentistry since the early 90's. I've moved way across town over the years and have kept showing up. I have gotten nothing but the least painful care, friendly personable visits from the front desk on, and a very knowledgeable staff with straight talk from the Doctors. My relationship over the years is a strong part of my healthcare.
