The manager Rachelle is an Amazing manager. She is always available when you have questions or concerns. She is on top of things and it's appreciated. Vadim the maintenance guy is a hard worker and is quick to resolve any maintenance issues. Alder Crossing Apartments is a very clean, safe and quiet community.
The new manager is horrible - so rude and unprofessional! I called to ask if the landscapers could stop blowing on top and against the side of my car because they’re getting rocks and debris all over it. I was then yelled at over and over saying what do you expect me to do about it. Unbelievable! I have been living at Alder Crossing Apartments for a few months now and I couldn’t be happier. The property is clean and well-maintained, which makes it truly feel like home. Maintenance requests are handled incredibly fast and with great attention to detail. I have had an amazing experience living here so far. Sarah, Vadym and Wendi are always kind and helpful. Sarah consistently exceeds my expectations, and I am very grateful for her. The location is great, my apartment is spacious, I love the layout, and it’s so quiet and peaceful. I’m really loving it here.
