The new manager is horrible - so rude and unprofessional! I called to ask if the landscapers could stop blowing on top and against the side of my car because they’re getting rocks and debris all over it. I have been living at Alder Crossing Apartments for a few months now and I couldn’t be happier. The property is clean and well-maintained, which makes it truly feel like home. Maintenance requests are handled incredibly fast and with great attention to detail. Out of all the apartments I’ve ever lived in, no other place has shown this much care and dedication to making residents happy. I have had an amazing experience living here so far. Sarah, Vadym and Wendi are always kind and helpful. Sarah consistently exceeds my expectations, and I am very grateful for her. The location is great, my apartment is spacious, I love the layout, and it’s so quiet and peaceful. I’m really loving it here.
Dropping grandsons GF off at home
I was moved here a while a go and talking with Sarah was unpleasant. Anyway, my neighbor the one in upstairs was moved and I had a new one. He came back home around 3:30Am when he worked and woke me up very night. Also, when his day off pacing around all night plus his dogs were running around very loud and I can't get never enough sleep. It's terrible to have to such neighbor.
