I went to see the model hime at this comunity and we like it. Homes under construction. Let see how the purchase experience goes...
Location is amazing. I found, a community with all single story homes. In live with the model 1,800 sq foot home. Sales agent explained in detail all my questions, and walked me inside the model telling me the warranty and what is standard in the home. Will return to purchase after my divorce is finalized.
Do not rush into purchasing a home from Dr Horton. You might regret it as soon as you move in. They are beautiful homes; however very poor craftsmanship. I’ve been dealing with them to have the inside paint job corrected, and it’s been a hassle. These homes come with a big price tag and these workers are rushing to build the homes doing a sloppy job. Take your time before making this investment.
