I applaud you and your staff for what they did when faced with asshole customers
I live in San Francisco and have no plans to hit New England. But! Read about the dust up over the Instagram/Yelp incident. As a former restaurant worker, way to go! I see these Yelpers doing this shit here all the time, and finally someone handled it appropriately, IMHO. Will most definitely check you out when in Massachusetts
Excellence, pure and simple. From the service to the food to the bar. They went out of their way just now to do me a little favor over the phone. I just can't say enough about the quality of this place.
Obsessed would be an understatement. Believe the hype. This place was supposed to be our special celebration restaurant... Then it turned into 'let's find an excuse to go'. Now, we go all the time because honey badger don't care. Menu change up, cocktails, craft beer, great service, ambience. I would marry this place so hard. So. Hard.
