They made what I thought would be impossible happen I got what i wanted at an amazing price . The sales people her are amazing ! They are professional , courteous and excellent at what they do. They explained everything to me in detail they made me feel very comfortable with the purchase I was making and they weren't out to just get that commission. I want to thank them personally , Thank you Lou and Bob!!!
Great Service! Great Staff! Experience made me feel at ease. Highly Recommended! Who enjoys dealing with a car dealership? Someone who goes to Alden thats who!
I have bought 5 vehicles from Alden in the past 6 years, I have had 3 family members and 9 co workers come to Alden for vehicles as well, everyone says the same thing " Thank you so much for sending me" " It was the best experience at a dealership ever". I tell everyone and I always will, The best sales department ever !!!
I had traveled to quite a few dealerships, looking for a truck to pull a camper I was going to buy. Finally, when I landed in Fairhaven at Alden, I was blessed to have the nicest people take care of my needs.. I could not be more happy with Chelsea, and Damien, two folks in sales that gave no pressure to buy, they just wanted to get me the best deal for my needs. THANK YOU both..I would recommend this dealership to anyone..
Buying my new car at Alden Buick was one of the easiest transactions of this type over the many new car purchases that I have done over the years. There was no haggling and no excessively long waits. I have stated this to my family and friends.
