They don’t tell you they are charging you to hook a computer to your car or truck to till you wants wrong with it. So if you decide not to have them work on your car or truck they charge 100 to 300 just for that. And they have your keys. But don’t fix anything. What kind of customer service is that? Make sure you call them first before you take your car or truck in for service, because if you don’t ask. You will give them money for doing nothing.
Worst customer service ever. Would I recommend this place to anyone NO. On my fifth time bringing in my brand new 2018 terrain and still isn’t fixed.
This is my first time I come to Alden Buick GMC to buy a car I met a gentleman name Robert Crabbe he was wonderful to me explain everything to me about the car I bough and the best part of it he brought me my car to work he saved me to walk home after work I couldn't be more happy then I'm right now. I wish all the best for him and his boss Louis. Robert keep up the good work.
Improve you communication with customers in a courteous and respectful manner. Your supervisor of tonneau covers should be fired. I found him disrespectful arrogant and ignorant about tonneau covers in general. Despite buying my high end GMC 2500 HD Denali from Alden Buick GMC i will NEVER go back for ANY service. From the moment our conversation began this manager accused me of violating warranties etc instead of simply showing me how to adjust a removable dealer installed undercover tonneau cover. Lou in Finance, Damien the Sales Manager and Robert in Sales were awesome! They all worked their magic and got me into a brand spankin’ new car that I didn’t think was possible. Great experience and I’ll definitely recommend any friend looking for a new car. Top notch!!
