My partner lived here. Units themselves were semi-decent, but the rest of the building was unlivable. The whole place is infested with mice, and the management company does absolutely nothing to fix the caving and crumbling ceilings. Within the year there were at least three separate break-ins. There is no parking for residents. The laundry room cannot be accessed during certain hours and management refuses to fix this or supply proper keys. The laundry machines break frequently and it takes them ages to bother calling a technician. Half the building is completely derelict and the other half is barely maintained. One of my neighbors has his ceiling literally caving in. The common room once had the ceiling cave in and water pouring in like an indoor waterfall. Absolute trash property with absolute trash management.
