This is gratitude I have for Alcyone management, especially Marie. I have been in US for about 4 years now and moved between cities and stayed in various apartments but I had the most comfortable conversations with Marie and the Alcyone team. I lived in Alcyone for a year. I waited for my lease to end to come leave this comment so everyone knows I had no reason to exaggerate. That is because it is very hard to exaggerate how great the service at Alcyone is. you will never find more friendly, helpful, and downright awesome people anywhere. I have been living at Alcyone for several months now in one of the one bedroom lofts. Due to my job I have lived in a lot of apartments and this by far is my favorite! The space is incredible with a ton of natural light which is very important here in Seattle. Although there is currently construction on every corner of SLU I've experienced a minimal impact. The neighborhood is very convenient and the staff is amazing, you will love it here!

This was our first place moving to Seattle. We leased a street level loft/apt near the park for the 3 years we've been here. The loft was incredibly spacious and well-maintained prior to our arrival. The building has had two leasing management teams running the show during our time there. The current office with Marie and Joshua are fantastic!
