These apartments really need maintenance that take care of the tenants I have already made several reports about the floor that is getting up the cockroaches there is not a disaster it's shit I make the complaint with the manager and she can never solve it I asked her to send me a link to be able to make the new port and she has not done it when one goes to her, she kind of ignores me like I'm asking her
Hi this is a great family oriented apartment complex. The only downside I would say there is the subpar attention of the on site maintenance employee. He does not fix the issue at hand the first time and in his fortgetfulness at times leaves the laundry room locked even during the open hours of the laundry room. This has caused me to be late for work one day. The leasing agents are very nice and attentive however.
Apartment wasn't ready when I arrived and stuff still has to be fixed . Sockets are loose air doesn't blow very cold. I was expecting it to be ready and not have any issues but I guess I was wrong other than that it's quite and Manager on site is very professional. I was told it would be painted and stuff but walls are dirty and still has stuff to do maintenance wise. Still need someone to contact me. Not anyone onsite. Still have some issues.
