These apartments seriously need to be demolished. 3 apartments have I lived in here while working towards improving my credit and finishing my degree. 3 apartments have had mold issues, water leaks that go unfixed. I had to move from the second unit in May due to mold that surfaced in December 2025. Months of emailing only to get an air quality test done with no results given to myself or my husband.
