Walked into this cute local salon today, ready to book an appointment. In person. The way humans used to do things. The new reception person was delightful. But the computer was having issues. A stylist stepped in to help. Except he passed me a card. Directed me to their website and app to make a booking with deposit for first time clients. I said that sounds complicated.
