Crappy bosses and line leads
Worst nightmare ever dealing with this place. Amanda was instructed twice by the Maine office about fixing my trailer the right way but she wont schedule it. Stay away from this place, nothing but headaches come out of here, no pride or quality control what so ever. The negative reviews are real people and the positive ones come from my salesman, ha, what a JOKE. BTW trailer sat in Sioux falls 3 months and I made 6 trips already over this death trap. Spend your money elsewhere.
In the 3 years I worked there this is what I witnessed. New management about every 10 months. An HR rep encouraging others to steal from the company while complaining about their failing marriage. Fights on a daily basis. Methamphetamine use from individuals while they were clocked in. Empty alcohol bottles were found often. No proper training on any of the jobs. Frequent accidents. What a Awesome place to get your foot in the door and change your life for the better. I was hired about a year ago without experience but a Drive to learn. That and God are the only reasons why I'm a God fearing man who has been given the courage to face the impossible, which God made my reality. I encourage you to plant that seed and step out in faith and go live your dream while starting at 18 hr . (NOT UP TO) Facts.
