Someone representing this company must be the ones that's giving this company 5 stars. This complaint is directed at the call center for this company. This company has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. They will put you on hold for an eternity and sometimes hang up after 15 minutes of being on hold. This has happened to me 3 times in the past 6 months. Not too long ago, I called with what I considered to be a pretty straight forward question.
