Great company . We have been with Alcole properties me and my family since 2008. We had lived down far in this building and Atlantic gardens They have great mentainance response The reason why I didn’t give full 5 stars is due to corporate office staff and especially the manager here in mission pointe As far as I know the communication with her the last 5 years has been the worst Messages or emails won’t be responded till 2 weeks or even a month I am not sure how it is with other tenants but I see turn out a lot from tenants... read more
I lived here for a little over a year. It is a very nice property; they maintain it very well, fixing things before they look run down. There are a lot of families on this property which I liked because it made it feel friendly and safe, but if you have an aversion to kids playing in common spaces, it might not be for you.
