These people will do anything to get your money. They said I needed a Dmv letter to get it out my car. The whole time during covid. 6 months I had the device in my car. When I could of had it off months ago. cuz they will scam you out of your money. Tell you you need Dmv paperwork. Remember you have a contract for whatever time. That’s it. Go somewhere else

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Very dishonest, they will take extra money whenever they want.. want your money!! They take money out of your account without your consent, but ridiculous
