Customer service is trash. They cant even answer the phone and greet you correctly. Just called twice and was on hold each time for 4+ minutes. The first time it hung up on its own. Second time I hung up. Third time the phone was answered and no one said a word just put me on hold. I can take my money elsewhere and actually utilize more convenient options to complete this task.
