I have visited Alcoe several times for products and advice. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about my spa. They have offered several tips that helped me greatly. I give them 5 stars.
I recently began to search for an affordable but reliable hot tub spa. I had gone to two already with nothing that impressed me. I then stopped in at Alcoe actually last by accident it seemed. I was immediately taken in by the very professional layout of the the floor room display. It was impressive enough to gain my interest. Now that I want something a little different, I knew exactly who I wanted to purchase from: Alcoe. ****** and **** have been so helpful in choosing the right spa for me and have always been quick to answer any questions or assist me in any of my spa service needs. I highly recommend them.
We purchased a Hydropool Swim Spa from Alcoe. Brad and Steve made our experience very easy and enjoyable. They were very knowledgeable about the produce. They did a great job of preparing the site. When the spa arrived, they had the spa set up very quickly and efficiently. Very professionally run company. The staff at Alcoe will take great care of you!

Sundance spas sold by Alcoe 5 YEAR PARTS AND LABOR NOOOOT If you are in the market for a hot tub or will be in the future, please read this. It is long but will give you the info on the local dealers and who is honest and who is not In the summer of 2012 I was in the market for a new hot tub. I narrowed my choices down to Jacuzzi and Sundance. Both tubs are almost identical except the Jacuzzi had more insulation and a remote control to run the hot tub.
