Hello, i just need to come on here and review. The customer service for minorities is just unbelievable, they truly just dont care for their longtime customers. I hope people seriously take reviews to heart and take their business elsewhere.
They are very good at their job when they want to be. I’ve been coming here for the last three years ever since I moved here and nobody even knows my name. The problem I have is, they double dip their wax for multiple people and they aren’t supposed to do that. They only talk to people who aren’t black and are very rude. They don’t say thank you when you tip which isn’t a required thing to do and they barely acknowledge you if you are a minority. It’s truly disgusting behavior.
