I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from start to finish. Our appointment was at 3:00 PM, but we weren’t taken to the back until around 3:15. We were led to pedicure chairs with no water, and I immediately noticed that although they use liners, they do **not use disposable drain plugs** — which can trap bacteria and are not the most hygienic option. Will not be coming back here. First off, my custom inspo pic had 3d cherries, and he told me they were “fake”… The acrylic was fine, but everything went wrong when he git to the french tips. I asked for ALL fingers to have a low french tip (majority of the nail in white) and he said he wasn’t going to do it because he thought it was ugly. then, in the inspo pic, the cheetah print french tips were light brown, not white. And once again, he said he wasn’t going to do it because the brown was “just the lighting”. he also didn’t... read more
