I have gone here for over a year. I have tried three times now to walk in and get my nails done and they tell me they can’t and are too busy. Mind you they are all sitting around on their phones. Had an appointment today and showed up early and once again was refused to be seen. Why they once again sat on their phones. They sure don’t care about their long time customers. I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from start to finish. Our appointment was at 3:00 PM, but we weren’t taken to the back until around 3:15. We were led to pedicure chairs with no water, and I immediately noticed that although they use liners, they do **not use disposable drain plugs** — which can trap bacteria and are not the most hygienic option. Around 3:30, an older gentleman ran water for us to begin soaking, then left us there for another 10 minutes. No one introduced... read more
