Highly recommend postpartum massage with Sophia. She came to my home when I was 2 weeks postpartum and having some significant neck pain due to breastfeeding. She was not only a calming presence and helped me get out of my head for an hour but my neck pain was nearly gone after her strong but calming massage. She did the work without pain and while maintaining a relaxing vibe and atmosphere. 500 stars!

The energy coming off of this woman’s hands is truly something else. Sophia is a master at being able to read between the lines and communicate without words. I love her quality of touch, and she takes such great care of me every time I see her. I am 29 weeks pregnant with baby number two and this pregnancy has been so different from my first. All my life I have been getting massages and it isn’t until I met Sophia I understood what a true healing massage was! Seriously, working with her has changed my life. I started seeing Sophia at 6 months pregnant. I started with a 60 min (just to try it out) and then moved to regular 90 min sessions. The La Mesa location has ample parking and the office has a calm natural vibe. At our first appt she was welcoming and it was really easy to feel comfortable quick. Being pregnant can be such a vulnerable time and I very much appreciate that she just doesn’t treat you like any appointment.
