Had good service from Alchemy, Cory is a hands on guy and handles business promptly.
The condo bldg I lived in had Alchemy Properties and I would say they were not a very good property management company. Many residents felt similarly. It’s unfortunate that these management companies are able to provide significantly below average service. Anybody considering them as a property management company - do your due diligence. Ask to speak to a variety of current clients. Ask to speak to past clients as well.
If I could give zero stars I would!! I've been calling management because I needed to be provided with a correct phone number- and he keeps hanging up in my face, yelling at me, and blocked me! He's extremely rude when answering the phone. Very unprofessional, if I'm not comfortable with providing my name you dont get to hangup because your upset. I called for one thing and thats a phone number.
Staff here are friendly and helpful!
