Avoid Alchemy Properties at all costs. Their management is not only rude but completely negligent. I’ve filed over five maintenance tickets for the same issue, and they still refuse to address it. They’ll smile and patch up tiny problems, but when it comes to anything serious, they ignore you and leave you on read. It’s painfully clear they’re only in this for the check. We've worked with Alchemy for a couple years now in our condo. They are responsive, do what they say they're going to do, personable and friendly. I would recommend them as they are good business partners.
Alchemy Properties has been managing our condo association for a number of years. As an owner I have been pleased with the care and upkeep of the building. They are quick to address any individual needs or answer any questions in a timely manner. When there was an issue with my bathroom fan, they were available to look at the issue and share vetted resources with me to fix the problem. I am happy with the oversight of Alchemy Properties.
I have worked with Alchemy properties for several years now as a resident and as a board member of the HOA. This company has done a great job at responding to tenant needs. Specifically there was weekend where I needed a plumber to take care of a leak and Alchemy was very quick to respond. Their online portal makes the management of payments very easy and transparent.
