We've worked with Alchemy for a couple years now in our condo. They are responsive, do what they say they're going to do, personable and friendly. I would recommend them as they are good business partners.
Alchemy Properties has been managing our condo association for a number of years. As an owner I have been pleased with the care and upkeep of the building. They are quick to address any individual needs or answer any questions in a timely manner. When there was an issue with my bathroom fan, they were available to look at the issue and share vetted resources with me to fix the problem. I am happy with the oversight of Alchemy Properties.
I have worked with Alchemy properties for several years now as a resident and as a board member of the HOA. This company has done a great job at responding to tenant needs. Specifically there was weekend where I needed a plumber to take care of a leak and Alchemy was very quick to respond. Their online portal makes the management of payments very easy and transparent.
