I have worked with Alchemy properties for several years now as a resident and as a board member of the HOA. This company has done a great job at responding to tenant needs. Specifically there was weekend where I needed a plumber to take care of a leak and Alchemy was very quick to respond. Their online portal makes the management of payments very easy and transparent. Alchemy was a wonderful company to deal with while we owned a condo at one of their managed properties. Though infrequent, issues were dealt with promptly and communication was excellent. Highly recommend this team!
Cory was very pleasant to work with, I called in last minute trying to get needed documents for a closing on a property that is managed by Alchemy Properties.
