Team Alchemy has managed our Uptown Minneapolis condo building for years now. Their diligence and expertise has kept our building safe and well maintained.
Alchemy was a wonderful company to deal with while we owned a condo at one of their managed properties. Though infrequent, issues were dealt with promptly and communication was excellent. Highly recommend this team!
Cory was very pleasant to work with, I called in last minute trying to get needed documents for a closing on a property that is managed by Alchemy Properties. He was very quick to respond to my inquires and send needed docs promptly. I recommend working with Cory as I am pleased with my interaction with him.
Water from the unit above me was leaking through the ceiling of my bathroom which caused damage to it. It was fixed well, it looks like there was never any damage.
