My injector injected the wrong muscle when doing masseter Botox and now I am paralyzed on one side of my smile. I look awful, and will be like this for months. They offered no refund.
This place is awesome. Velisa did my IPL and explained everything very clearly. Sandrine did my Botox and was very careful and meticulous.

Can’t say enough great things about the 3rd Street Location! The receptionist is so funny and charming and welcoming. It feels like talking to a friend. And my injector I am so sorry. I forgot her name, was so informative and patient and made me look like I’ve been on vacation for a week. Have to say this is a try intrude place and have never had a bad result here.
