There are a lot of med spas out there, but this one really stands out for the quality of service they provide. The staff is friendly, easygoing, and knowledgeable, and scheduling an appointment was simple and hassle-free. Fabiola was my provider, and she was excellent — very skilled with injectables and clearly experienced in what she does. She made the whole experience comfortable and smooth. Shes a natural and has such a good touch. I’d definitely come back again.
My injector injected the wrong muscle when doing masseter Botox and now I am paralyzed on one side of my smile. I look awful, and will be like this for months. They offered no refund. UPDATE: I was denied a refund again! They said I signed consents. Unreal.

This place is awesome. Velisa did my IPL and explained everything very clearly. Sandrine did my Botox and was very careful and meticulous.
Love the staff and the treatments work!
