I fired Alchemist Pool Service today. Why? Because the company has consistently failed to provide all the services advertised in their “premium” services package. Alchemist management was notified that security camera videos document the service deficiencies, yet the service deficiencies were recurring. Think about it……. Alchemist did not correct the service lapses even though they knew their work was being video recorded. UNBELIEVABLE! Good luck to Alchemist customers who do not have security cameras. Bob S
Great experience! I went through my home warranty company and received a prompt call from the company to set up an appointment. The nice lady called me back because they had a cancellation and could come a day earlier. Cody arrived on time and answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely use Alchemist Pool Service for my pool needs. Thank you for a wonderful experience it's a nice change from the norm!
Horrible company lady at front desk was nice but the tech didn't know what he was doing plus they charge me $75 to do nothing I had All Valley Pool repair come out the next and fixed the probably right away. Only charge me $50
I had this guys come take a look at my pool pump and pool heater. My pool pump was going out but easy fix (capacitor) which my pool man told me. Alchemist pool service came out did god knows what to my pump now it doesn't work!!!!!! Obviously my pump was working pool is clean, now it won't turn on well my AHS appliance insurance company came to me with that doesn't cover because your missing the cover on spindle which I never had for a whole year so now I'm screwed!!!
