The office staff are super friendly and helpful every time I visit or call and need anything. Elsa and Juan are the best! Its been a pleasant experience since the very beginning and the maintenance team are quick to respond and attend our needs. Professional, clean and beautiful community, modern interior apartments with tiles, new appliances, fans in bedrooms, spacious parking & very quiet! Thank you!
The customer service here is awful. We went for a scheduled tour and when we arrived there was a sign on the door that says “out to lunch, will be back at 2” our scheduled tour was at 2 which is fine except there was someone inside and told us to read the sign. We waited there for about 5 minutes and the guy came out and he rudely told us he won’t be able to be back till 3.
