Realmente ese Condominio es una falta de respeto a la comunidad.
Terrible communication on the leasing office’s part. Had a confirmed scheduled apartment tour and the office was closed. I arrived early and waited in front of the office just for it to still be closed at my tour time. I called several times and even emailed. No one answered. Waited for 40 minutes until I decided to cut my losses. Shame considering the exterior seems so gorgeous. Wish I could’ve seen the interior.
Extremely unprofessional. Attempted to contact the leasing office twice before the tour, all to be left on voicemail. When I show up at my scheduled tour time, nobody is here to show us the apartments, especially when I attempted to confirm and reach out about my tour that was scheduled a WEEK in advance. I have been waiting for over 30 minutes for someone to show up, but nobody did. I traveled an hour from Hialeah just to be left in this unprofessional radio silence. Zero communication.
Honestly love the community so far , just moved in a month ago and everything is excellent. Nice environment , friendly staffs , very professional staffs as well. David was such a help with anything i needed. My ‘only’ complaint would be the internet , no internet company does any service in this area. My girlfriend works from home and internet would be a big thing for us , the community gives us a flyer of a internet called “smartaria” i searched it up and awful reviews , not one single good review on it so no point in gett... read more
