Very disappointing! Took my grandma there to get new dentures. They made new dentures and Top denture is fine but bottom doesn't fit. They told her to wear it for a month to get used to it. Grandma couldn't even put it on her gums properly or to close her lips with it. Also bottom denture was sticking out further than the top. They said she just needs to push her lower teeth backwards. Had fillings replaced. It was quick and painless. Staff and doctor are personable.
My first visit was in 2008. This office has been very professional and they have worked within my insurance to help me keep my cost to a minimum. Dr Laudon is someone I trust to help me make the best decisions.
Got my teeth cleaned and whitened in the same visit! Love how they feel and look all at the same time! Would highly recommend Dr Laudon and his entire staff. Great group of people and great location right in Anchorage.
Fast appointment - best dentist I could find I was very impressed with this dentist. The office staff, Maria help me with m y insurance billing. They were all very nice and friendly, even Dr Laudon. What I liked best about Alcan Dental Group, is that I was able to have all my dental needs met in one appointment. They were able to clean my teeth as well as fill a cavity. I'm a very busy person so a dental office that is fast and efficient was what I was looking for.
Awesome deal with the teeth whitening. I have used gels, stripes and other products from the store and nothing really works that great. So I started to do some research and found that zoom is a great product. Its kind of expensive but I figured I have spent at least half of the cost on products that don't work. Ive found that Scott and his staff were very friendly. I usually have anxiety with going to the dentist and I made sure that the doctors knew this. I have some sensitive teeth which makes it more nerve wrecking to have my teeth cleaned. I started going to Scott because my sister and her family go here and she said they were friendly and easy going so there was nothing to worry about. Here is a great dentist in Anchorage! Found Scott online after moving to the state. Wife and I drove up to Anchorage 2 summers ago and we had to find a new dentist. We called around but many other dentists seemed to be too busy or they just didn't have an open schedule. Since my wife works nights we needed to find a dentist office that could be flexible with our random work schedules. Called up Alcan Dental Group and they got us in for our 6 month cleanings. Will be going here from now on.
Worth the wait. I had a dental emergency and couldn't find a dentist who would take me. Seems most clinics have full schedules during the summer? Called Alcan Dental and spoke with Maria who said they could squeeze me in on the same day. Glad I found this place. They even have a sign outside their building that says 'Emergency Dental Clinic', but it faces a busy street so its hard to see. Will be going back to this place for sure!
