One of the worst locations to pick up at. They don’t care about the drivers at all. Will schedule you for AM pick up and have you sitting in the parking lot for 6 hours. Obviously have no clue how truckers clocks work, or really just don’t care. If you ask for an update they will tell you should be done asap and that is until you ask again an hour later. Worst pick up ever and will not be back again.
Didn't catch her name, but the lady went out of her way to help me get a good time to offload. Wonderful place.
