Just bought my first pair of quality boots from Acalas this weekend, Conrad took very good care of us. Acalas was the third store I went to for boots and happy to say the last and only place I will go to
Our first time going here and my husband found the boots he loved right away. Fun place to find boots, hats, belts, and anything else western wear you might need. The store wasn't crowded when we were there, so we had more help than you could possibly expect. Everyone welcomed us, answered questions, offered assistance, and were great. We love the idea of going in regularly to get the boots conditioned for a bargain price. We will be going back soon, for sure.

I had a fantastic experience at Alcala's! The minute I walked in I was greeted and well taken care of. Beto the salesman, was very patient and respectful on all my needs. Immense variety of boots, other western wear, accessories, etc. The workers are very knowledgeable of the products, too. You can get boots you purchased there touched up & cleaned for only $3.00. Free alterations of clothes you buy there. Love Alcala's!
