Wide selection, fair prices, and customer service that made me feel like I owned the place. Seriously left the store wondering why other shopping experiences aren’t like that. I wanted a simple pair of boots. They helped me find a simple pair in my size - no up-selling since it was clear that’s not what I wanted. They were fun to talk to but didn’t take up my time. If you are looking for some boots in Chicago, there can’t be a better place.
