It is a shame. I got tested Sunday sept 20th because I was flying to Alaska and they said my results would be ready in 48 hrs. Passed more than 72 hrs and still i didnt receive it i had to call so many times and even had to wait at alaskan airport to get an answer. It was really a sad experience
