The office always answers their phone and are responsive. The evaluation itself was tailored to my child and in a friendly environment. My child felt comfortable. The follow-up visit with the doctor was in a sterile environment for my child. There was nothing my child could touch as most everything was not child friendly. I made the doctor aware of this as she kept reprimanding my child not to touch anything. The whole process started in March 2024. Paid $1800. I am still yet to get the results of the evaluation.
