I became a resident of Album Keller Ranch one year ago. I have been extremely happy here. The staff greeted me with smiles and made me feel comfortable and at home. The property is kept immaculate, and the landscaping is beautifully manicured. There is excellent security, and one feels very safe no matter the hour. I had a great experience meeting Teresa at Album Keller Ranch. She greeted me with such positive energy and made me feel very welcome. She listened attentively and answered all of my questions with professionalism and care. The property is beautiful, modern, and well maintained. I highly recommend Al Keller Ranch and their outstanding team. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Basically, most of the people here are very friendly. You make new friends all the time and everybody's willing to help you which makes it a lot better for you. Also management always has good parties was planning to eat which makes my day and I thank them very much for their Willingness to give us meals
This is an amazing place to live! The management team is above & beyond when you need help. We also have great maintenance especially with Cassidy. She is way above & beyond what we could ask for solving problems & during this mess of an ice storm even went to the trouble to put a waste can on a sheltered area for pet parents so we could stay out of the ice & snow. Thanks y’all!
UPDATED Album Keller Ranch / Greystar billed us $462 for carpet replacement. When I disputed it and asked for some documentation, I received 2 photos. The first shows something that’s primarily on the baseboard and partially on the edge of the carpet that could easily be cleaned and/or trimmed. I can’t tell what the blue photo is, presumably some kind of stain that shows up under blue light, that looks like it can be easily removed.
