One of the worst medical clinics in the province very unprofessional
The disrespect they show their "clients" is unreal . I understand doctors running late . But when the receptionist decides to put someone in front of you, in complete disregard of others it is utterly wild .
My mother had her first appointment to meet her doctor, upon arriving, she was asked to wear a mask. My mother kindly declined as she has COPD and cannot breathe without one, let alone while wearing one. She was told it was policy and she had to wear one. She tried to be polite and kept declining saying she wouldn't be able to breathe with one on. They kept telling her it is policy. She finally agreed to wear a mask, but said that if she took a breathing attack, it was on them for forcing the mask on her, and they said "actu... read more
