Awful! You will need to make appointments at least 3 months in advance. This place should NOT be able to present itself as medical care because you WILL NOT receive any care or help in timely mmanor. Have an in person appointment? Bring your own chair to the waiting room if you want a seat.
Worst service. The women who works reception needs to learn basic customer service. She's extremely rude and condescending, gave improper instructions over the phone and then tried to lie and say she said something different. If I was the doctors at this clinic, I would be embarrassed and ashamed to have someone like her working on the front desk.
I had a disappointing experience with the reception staff. The person answering calls was rude and unprofessional in their tone and responses. This behavior was not welcoming and did not reflect good customer service. I hope this feedback can be considered to improve the overall experience for future
Please buy your doctor's new office chairs. A little cleaning is needed as well.
I have been a patient at this clinic for over 40 years. How down hill it has gone. Receptionists are awful here. I understand dealing with people isn’t easy but this is ridiculous.
