My mother had her first appointment to meet her doctor, upon arriving, she was asked to wear a mask. My mother kindly declined as she has COPD and cannot breathe without one, let alone while wearing one. She was told it was policy and she had to wear one. She tried to be polite and kept declining saying she wouldn't be able to breathe with one on. They kept telling her it is policy. She finally agreed to wear a mask, but said that if she took a breathing attack, it was on them for forcing the mask on her, and they said "actu... read more
Dr. Jennifer Clarkson is an excellent family doctor. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and truly cares about her patients. Our whole family feels comfortable with her because she takes the time to listen carefully and explain everything clearly. She is always friendly, patient, and supportive during visits. We really appreciate her dedication and the high level of care she provides. We are very grateful to have her as our family doctor.
Awful! You will need to make appointments at least 3 months in advance. This place should NOT be able to present itself as medical care because you WILL NOT receive any care or help in timely mmanor. Have an in person appointment? Bring your own chair to the waiting room if you want a seat.
Worst service. The women who works reception needs to learn basic customer service. She's extremely rude and condescending, gave improper instructions over the phone and then tried to lie and say she said something different. If I was the doctors at this clinic, I would be embarrassed and ashamed to have someone like her working on the front desk.
I had a disappointing experience with the reception staff. The person answering calls was rude and unprofessional in their tone and responses. This behavior was not welcoming and did not reflect good customer service. I hope this feedback can be considered to improve the overall experience for future
