They will try to pass on their job to the customer - ie, they wanted me to use my own vehicle to pick up an almost 200 lb package on a pallet by myself on Highway 6 to meet their driver there. A day later, a smaller truck was available which is good but the rude driver didn't seem to like his job and tried to do the bare minimum, saying that he has "already done too much" for me and that there was an extra charge to bring back the wood pallets and packaging that came with it. All staff were very helpful and polite in all departments I had to deal with. They helped me every step of the way to make sure the crate I was shipping reached it destination even when there were issues from the receiving end I was shipping it to. They were very punctual on their times. I would recommend this transportation company to anyone.
