My experience with Albright Realty was piss poor at best. The staff is nearly impossible to get a hold of. I waited nearly two weeks after calling daily to finally receive notice that my application was approved. After I got approved I was anxious to move in so I put down the deposit a few days later. Lynn later emails (after trying to contact her for another week to discuss a move in date) to tell me that they're going up on the rent because the owner had to do "lots of work" after the last tenant vacated.
