We called Air Conditioning & Heating Service when our upstairs wasn't getting enough cooling and the downstairs was too cold. The technician they sended out was knowledgeable and spent a good amount of time inspecting the system and the vents throughout the house. He determined that the dampers needed adjusting and that one of the supply runs was partially collapsed in the attic. After a thorough inspection he found that the evaporator coil was dirty and restricting airflow. He cleaned the coil and checked the rest of the system while he was there.
