We had an awful experience today here. Very unprofessional customer service. My friend took her daughter to buy her very 1st set of new tires and an alignment (a graduation gift from her dad). They sold her a NEW SET of 4 and only had 3, she has to make another trip there tomorrow for the 4th one, the guy mounting the tires mounted them backward, AND the alignment guy was busy Snapchatting and taking pictures while sitting under a truck he was working on. A hugh Thank you to Albertville Discount Tires and Tim Bearden and his guys!! got a screw in my tire on the way to my granddaughter's basketball game tonight. Tim called one of his guys and our tire was fixed before the game was over. I definitely owe them a cake or some cookies!! Thanks again so much!!

Had an oil change on an f250 diesel there and the motor blew after driving in 10 miles down the road after never having a problem out of it, the company didn’t take responsibility now having to pay out of pocket to fix it, after this happened some guys told me similar cases with there trucks. Very disappointed in the way the company is ran.
