Be honest. If you say you can provide a service then do so. If you can’t, don’t try to say that you’ve provided services before to turn around & say you haven’t. I specifically asked if the shop had ever installed a lift on a 5th Gen 4Runner & was told yes. Then when the bearing that I provided & the removal tool weren’t used, instead of calling to say the bearing couldn’t be installed, would you like for us to continue, you improperly install the lift anyways. After I reassured three times that the entire job could be done.... read more

had them put 2 tires on now I have to replace a sensor that got broke in the process. they told me the only thing it would do was make the light stay on, and I was okay with that, until I realized now my light blinks constantly, the computer beeps telling me there is an issue with the sensor and shows -- when I try to check my tire pressure. the light was on bc my tires that were on it had less that 35 ponds of air and I knew that,but when my husband called to explain it never had these issues the guy told him I was changing... read more
I brought my truck in to get a bearing replaced.They put brake pads and rotors on my truck without asking or calling me which I had already purchased and is still sitting in my garage. So I’m out 350$ for something I did not want or ask for.On top of all of that I had to take it back because it the brakes keep locking up and had something rattling under it both times no one bothered to call to say it was done. Still having problems with my brakes to this day.
