It's two days before Thanksgiving and there's 16 carts in line with one cashier at a checkout lane open. Absolutely ridiculous! I am not trying to self checkout a full cart of groceries. I tried calling the customer service number three times and heard it announced on the store's intercom speaker, but they didn't answer!
