Terrible experience 4 out 5 times I go. There's always something wrong. Even after doing what they tell you to do and after calling to make sure things are ready, it not. Very frustrating as a disabled person. Also a note from disabled person in a wheelchair, we don't like just talking to a wall! It's not accessible, acomidating, and it's dehumanizing. You can't see what meds you're getting and they don't tell you unless you ask. You can see or really hear the person on the other side. Wouldn't wish this experience on anyone... read more
