Knowagable, polite Customer service Would be helpful to share more information concerning prescription side effects, particularly in the case of older clients.

When am I allowed to get the prescription my doctor just gave me? God only knows because Albertsons sure doesn't. Thursday the day after they prescribed it? I call Albertsons and they say no it's too soon, it'll be available for pickup on Wednesday next week. I call a day ahead of time on Tuesday to make sure they order it and they confirm that they put in an order and it should arrive tomorrow because sometimes they're out of stock of it because it's an uncommon medication. Will not honor a GoodRX coupon, claiming that I have used GoodRX before at their pharmacy, even thought it’s a medication that I have never used before. I guess I should delete GoodRX then, since it’s a “disposable” app to them. Won’t ever get my prescriptions from them ever again.
If I want to be scolded for calling I might as well try CVS, they're apparently too busy to be civil, except for Barbara, she's 5 *
