I went into the MB Albertsons on Jan 21, 2019 after 7 PM. I went specifically to purchase fried chicken in the deli. Joe greeted me nicely and I requested 2 orders of fried chicken and was informed fresh chicken would be ready in about 5 mins because there wasn’t enough in the case. I picked up a few while waiting came back in time to see Joe empty the fresh chicken into a large bowl. He then proceeded to take the temperature of several pieces chicken.
