customer service was good
I’ve never had a problem with this store at opening hours , I stop by and am greeted with smile and high energy :) I usually stop by and buy a fruit bowl or pick and choose my own fruits from this Albertsons , but after reading a few visitors post on KPLC makes me wonder? Albertsons please don’t allow not good customer service , I love this store, but many businesses have went out of business because of lack of clean hygiene and good customer service
The power went out but the staff kept going and helped all the customers.
I will never shop at this Albertsons again. My husband and son went to get me a bottle of wine (among other items) and were refused because because they thought my husband was purchasing the wine for my son who is 15. They asked to see my son's ID, he said I don't have one, I'm only 15. My husband is 32 so they started questioning him on whether he was even his stepfather and then said they were not going to sell him MY wine because they can't sell to someone with a minor.
