This is the absolute worse grocery store around! Their prices are high, customer service is absolutely ridiculous, and the manager could care less about any of it. Every time I leave there I'm angry. Today was the last straw, I will never go there again.
Beware of lazy and unprofessional butcher. I just bought chicken breasts that were on sale. When I asked for meat to be cut, the female butcher literally sighed and made a face. I said "What, don't you cut meat?" She said "Yes but there is already cut meat in the case." I explained that I needed 6lbs and it was cheaper to buy the breast and cut it than buy it already cut. She then said if she cut the meat, she'd have to CHARGE ME the higher rate! I've NEVER been charged by a butcher to cut my meat at Staters, Ralphs or Vons.... read more
I stop quite often on my way home from work, always need that one more thing for dinner, in and out the self check out... Then yesterday, 02/23/17 my quick stop for a pound of hamburg left me waiting IN THE EXPRESS LINE for 8 minutes :( only to be told by the cashier Albertsons is removing the self check outs but NOT adding additional cashiers! Back to Ralphs I will go, at least I get points for gas :(
