I was extremely pleased with the ordering process and results. The flowers that I ordered looked just like the pictures online. I would recommend them and use again.

Ordered an arrangement for an outgoing Board Chair that was exquisite. They can't guarantee that flowers will look exactly like photos, but they did. Delivery was on-time and came with an extra surprise. Albert's is fabulous!
We are out of state and were trying to order flowers to be delivered to a couple of people at their place of work. I had tried ordering online at two other places and both times my order was cancelled. I called Albert's on a Saturday morning (they open early!) and spoke with an extremely helpful employee. I was then able to order successfully online, and the flowers were not only beautiful, but were also delivered as scheduled and on time the following Monday. I would absolutely use Albert's again!
