Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Their office was well organized and clean. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I love how much attention to detail they show. Dr Suarez has an excellent bedside manner. Heis a very patient, kind and caring Dr. I always feel at ease with Dr Suarez and his nurse. I feel like he truly cares about the health of his patients. I always recommend him to my friends.

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Not at all, its out in the boondocks Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes

Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room. Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!

Yes, I felt informed when I left Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
